1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits

All deposits on Winn22 are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to payment methods registered in your own name.
• Your account must have passed any required identity verification before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless operationally this is not possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Winn22 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the chosen payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast transfers are typically fast, while bank transfers may take longer.

If a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before funds attributable to that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific conditions for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Winn22 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.

6. Betting Rules

Bets placed on Winn22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules for that market. The following general betting rules apply across all sports:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the betslip. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the platform offers a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature for that market.
• Winn22 reserves the right to void a bet in cases of obvious pricing errors, where an event is cancelled or significantly altered, or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity affecting the odds.
• Where an event is abandoned or postponed, settlement rules specific to that sport will apply. For cricket, this commonly follows DLS method or no-result rules. Specific settlement rules are available in the Help section.
• The maximum stake and maximum payout for any single bet may be limited. These limits vary by sport, market and event and are shown on the betslip at time of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated on the remaining legs.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the current state of play. Winn22 may suspend live markets at any time at its discretion, particularly during key moments in a match.

Winn22 does not tolerate match fixing, corruption or the use of inside information for betting purposes. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be permanently closed and all associated winnings will be voided. Winn22 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving sporting integrity.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Winn22 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome offers, deposit bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds and accumulator boosts. All promotions are subject to their own individual terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent or abusive activity may be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds not connected to any breach will be returned to the source payment method, subject to verification.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting Winn22 support. Any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method before the account is closed.

10. Intellectual Property
